The new recruits of South Wales Fire and rescue service have been putting their new skills to the test in the name of charity. Their perserverence has raised a fantastic sum for The Firefighters Charity and MEDSERVE Wales.

Traditionally new recruits would have to roll out and make up 6 lengths of 25m hose within 8 minutes. The new recruits of 2021spent 8 hours completing 600 lengths.
